2008 OUTDOOR FIELD-TYPE SHOOTS AT

NARRAGANSETT BOWHUNTERS

Although similar, these are not official, NFAA sanctioned shoots.

Shoots are held on the field course.

Consist of 20 targets (10 targets per half), 3 arrows per target (60 arrows total), at distances from

20 yards to 65 yards, with a one arrow per half "Bonus Shot" at 80 yards.

Some of the shoots will use field target faces, some will use hunter target faces and some will use

multi-color target faces (see schedule below).

All shooting styles and types of equipment are welcome.

Open to everyone.  No club or association membership is required.

Registration for each shoot is between 8:30 and 9:00 am and the shoots begin at 9:00 am.

The shoots should conclude around noon. 

Cost is only $5.00.

AWARD PROGRAM

10% of the registration fee amount collected at each shoot will be given as cash awards.

At the end of each shoot, three names will be draw and varying amount, money awards

will be presented.

The money winners will be determined by the random drawing and will not be determined by scores.

To be eligible for the money awards, it is only required that you complete shooting the full round and that you be present at the time of the drawing.

Registration will be from 8:30 to 9:00 am and the shoots begin at 9:00 am

(The shoots should conclude by about noontime, allowing the rest of the day for other activities)
